Book Review: The Pram

This review will conclude my review of all the stories in Amazon’s Creature Feature collection.

Desperation is a funny thing. Even when you’ve finally admitted to yourself that what you want is out of your reach, there is still a part of us that yearns for certain things. This is the case for Willie and his desire for a child.

What price would you pay for the thing you want most? That’s a question that comes up a lot during this story. What lengths wouldn’t you go to?

I found this story slightly more creepy than the other stories in the collection. I’m unsure if it is Hill’s writing style or if I’m just creeped out by demon babies, but I definitely found some parts of this story chilling.

I think this was my favorite of the collection and definitely recommend it.
