Have you ever been camping?

I love being able to see the night sky lit up with glittering stars like billions of fireflies flittering afar.

I love to build a fire and to use the flame and smoke as a pyre to burn my troubles away.

I love making s’mores and playing games in the dimming light without keeping score.

It’s my favorite to tell spooky tales in the glow of the flames of tourists wandering dark trails and never coming out the same.

I love to cook my own food in tin foil. It’s a whole mood surrounded by trees and soil.

I don’t even mind sleeping on the cold, hard ground. I am lost in the city, but out in nature, I am found.
