What topics do you like to discuss?

My blog is new and just getting started.

So far, I’ve written about some of my ongoing projects and shared some poetry.

I also plan on writing about the horror genre, doing horror movie reviews, sharing my take on popular horror franchises, horrorcore, and generally discussing what makes good horror in any form and what tends to ruin horror stories.

I love discussing the art of writing from the first draft to rewrites to the editing stage to marketing.

Just because I’ve never published doesn’t mean I don’t know anything. I actually used to be an editor that did everything from proofreading to line editing to developmental editing. I also took a ton of media marketing classes in particular when I was in college because I majored in communications and media. I have a ton of really useful knowledge that my limited reach and audience on my old Facebook page just didn’t allow me to share. I also feel like I understand how Meta apps work better than average.

More importantly, what I’ve been my entire life is a reader. That’s how I have a lot of knowledge about what does and doesn’t work in storytelling.

I also know that your book can be a pile of garbage and still speak to people. It just depends.
